Duffy’s Gonzo Journey

I hit the road to Georgia with the windows down and the music cranking loud — that pre-dawn kind of drive when the sky’s bleeding orange and your mind’s running faster than the tires. I’ve done a lot of miles in my life, but this one felt different. There’s a fire in it.

Alex Kane called. Said the My Drama crew was ready. Said the deal with Fox had cracked the door open for something wild. That’s all I needed to hear. I packed my bag, grabbed my notebook, and fired up the Bronco.

You spend years in this business, you start to crave the chaos again — that raw creative charge that got you into it in the first place. This trip wasn’t about luxury or comfort. It was about ignition. About sitting down with a team that’s hungry, that wants to tear the old rulebook in half and build something new from the ashes.

Alex has this manic brilliance. He sees the angles no one else sees, and the My Drama team has the kind of energy that keeps the cameras rolling when everyone else would’ve called it a night. Fox gave the green light, but we’re the ones lighting the fuse.

So here I am, in Georgia — a fucking gonzo mission in full swing. We’re blending fucking grit with vision, sweat with imagination. It’s not just another project. It’s a rebellion dressed as production.

If it works, it’ll change how we watch stories. If it doesn’t, at least we’ll have raised some hell trying. Still driving, still chasing the shot!
